 AutoPAY Solutions has a wide support network across India. We offer local hardware support and Online Software support. For Large installations we provide dedicated support team. AutoPAY offers customization to hardware & Software as required subjected to terms and conditions.

 

 STANDARD WARRANTY

 

The Product is under Limited warranty for 13 months from date of delivery of Product to CLIENT or 12 months from date of Installation. The CLIENT must ensure the Warranty Card as provided with the product is duly filled. Any Warranty Card received beyond 2 (two) weeks of installation may be rejected under Warranty terms.

 

 WARRANTY TERMS

 

AUTOPAY warrants each product and its aggregates and components thereof, supplied by AUTOPAY to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the Warranty period under normal use subject to the following conditions: This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, neglect, alterations, service or repair by other than AUTOPAY or its Authorized Representative, improper installation, water damage or any other liquid or gel, high voltage, tamper, operation or maintenance, improper connections, act of god or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.

 

AUTOPAY is not responsible for damage to or loss of any kind, person or property whether it occurs during warranty or other repair service. Normal ageing, deterioration or rusting of plated parts, paint coat, rubber parts, plastic parts, Parts as a result of normal wear & tear will not be covered under warranty. Warranty shall be applicable to the first registered user only as per warranty card. During the period of warranty, AUTOPAY obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing free of charge such part or parts of the supplied product, which on examination shall be deemed defective in the opinion of AUTOPAY or its Authorized Representative. Such defective part or parts which have been replaced shall become the property of AUTOPAY.

 

Repair or replacement will be carried out at the location defined by AUTOPAY only which will be in the region. The cost of sending the product to the location will be borne by CLIENT. AUTOPAY is not liable for any cost of transportation or delivering the product for such repair or replacement. The repair or replacement will be carried out at the earliest and within 24 hours of report of problem.

 

 LIABILITY

 

Under no circumstances, shall AUTOPAY, it’s Authorized Agents and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss to person, kind or property that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Product. Under no circumstances, shall AUTOPAY, it’s Authorized Agents and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss to person, kind or property that result from non performance of GSM and/or GPS network. Under no circumstances, shall AUTOPAY, it’s Authorized Agents and representative be liable for any financial loss, business loss or loss of any kind and type which can occur to the CLIENT or to the customer arising out of using the product
